Technological process
(1) Chaga powder the white birch antler (raw material 1- from Siberia) to a particle size of about 1mm to obtain white birch antler powder;
(2) Place 10g of white birch antler powder in a container and inject soaking solution; The soaking solution is prepared with distilled water as the solvent, containing a mass concentration of 10% dimethyl sulfoxide and 6% sodium hydroxide (i.e. 2.55% hydroxide ion). The amount of soaking solution is 4 times the weight of white birch antler powder, allowing the soaking solution to completely immerse the powder; Let the mixture stand at room temperature for 1.5 hours;
(3) Filter the mixture after standing, remove the filter residue, and discard the filtrate;
(4) Inject 60mL of distilled water into the filter residue, heat to 70 ℃, and hold for 5 hours; Obtain the first filtrate after filtration;
(5) Step (4) Inject 40mL of distilled water into the filtered residue, heat to 70 ℃, and maintain for 5 hours; Obtain a second filtrate after filtration;
(6) Mix the two filtrates and dry them to obtain a solid extract, resulting in the finished white birch antler extract powder.
